The fastest way to reach us is by email at info@feason.com, or through our Contact page. We read every message and reply as soon as we can. Please include your account email and a description of what you need help with so we can assist you faster.

Report objectionable content or abuse

Feason has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You can report any gleam, comment, reflection, article, or message using the in-app Report button on that content. You can also block users whose content or messages you do not wish to see.

We review every report and remove violating content and eject abusive users, typically within 24 hours of becoming aware of it. If you can't find a Report button or need to escalate something urgent, email info@feason.com with a link to the content. See our Community Guidelines for what is and isn't allowed.

If an intimate photo or video of you was shared without your consent, use our Intimate Image Removal process. It is available without an account and explains the information needed for a 48-hour removal request.

Manage or delete your account

You can delete your account at any time from your Profile settings. Deleting your account removes your account and associated personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. If you have trouble deleting your account, email info@feason.com and we will process the deletion for you.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Feason cost?

Feason's core scripture study, reading, fellowship, and community features are free to use. Some optional features may be offered through a paid subscription in the future; any charges are always shown clearly before you subscribe.

Are the AI features (Feasy, Lexicon) reliable?

The AI features generate responses using large language models and are provided for educational and reflective purposes only. They are not a substitute for counsel from a qualified priest, pastor, physician, attorney, or other licensed professional, and they can be inaccurate. Please verify important information and do not submit sensitive personal, medical, legal, or financial details through them.

Is my journal private?

Yes. Your Discernment journal entries are encrypted so that they cannot be read on our servers, and they are deliberately excluded from the recommendation system. What you write there is for you.

How do I change my password or sign-in?

If you use Feason email sign-in, choose Forgot password on the sign-in screen to set a new password. If you use Google or Apple, manage that sign-in method with the corresponding provider.

I found a bug or have a feature request.

Please use the Report a bug page. It asks for the details that help us reproduce the issue and sends your report directly to the Feason Center. For feature ideas or other feedback, use Contact.

Response times

Feason is a small team. We aim to respond to support requests and content reports promptly, and we act on objectionable-content reports as quickly as we reasonably can. Thank you for your patience and for helping keep this a place of edification.
