Get help without signing in
If an intimate photo or video of you was posted on Feason without your consent, you or a person you authorize can ask us to remove it. This process covers real recordings, altered images or video, and digitally generated or AI-created depictions. You do not need a Feason account to submit a request.
Use the form below for the fastest routing to Feason's Trust & Safety queue. Do not attach or resend the intimate image itself unless we specifically ask for it. A URL, post link, message location, account name, and screenshot that does not reproduce the intimate depiction are usually the safest ways to help us find it. If the form does not work, email info@feason.com with the subject TAKE IT DOWN removal request.
What a valid request must include
Please put all of the following in writing:
- Your physical or electronic signature, or the signature of the person authorized to act for the individual shown;
- Enough information for us to identify and locate the image or video on Feason, such as each URL, post or message link, account name, and where it appears;
- A brief statement that the person shown has a good-faith belief the identified image or video was published without their consent, plus any relevant facts that help us evaluate that statement; and
- An email address or other contact information where we can reach the person shown or their authorized representative.
If you are acting for someone else, say that you are authorized to act for them. We may ask for limited information needed to confirm the request, but we will not require more than is reasonably necessary to process it.
What Feason will do
We will reply with a reference number so you can track the request. After receiving a valid request, Feason will remove the identified intimate image or video as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours, and will make reasonable efforts to identify and remove known identical copies on the Service within the same period. We will tell you when we have acted or explain what information is still needed.
We may preserve a limited, access-restricted record of the request and our response as needed for safety, legal compliance, duplicate detection, or law enforcement. If the material may involve child sexual abuse, exploitation, or another crime, we may report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or appropriate authorities as required or permitted by law.
Other urgent options
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. If intimate imagery involves a minor, you can also use the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children's Take It Down service. Adults can use StopNCII.org. These outside services do not replace sending Feason the removal request above.
Copyright requests use our separate DMCA Policy. Other abuse can be reported with the in-app Report control or through Contact. Personal information in a removal request is handled under our Privacy Policy.
