From Feason
Bible Quizzes That Test Reading, Not Trivia
Take Feason Bible quizzes by book or chapter, with adaptive question lengths designed to test careful reading across the biblical canon.
Bible quizzes can reward obscure trivia or help a reader notice what a chapter actually says. Feason chooses the second purpose. Its book-level and chapter-level quizzes use active recall to make reading visible: people answer from the passage they have studied and can see where another look is needed.
Questions follow the chapter
Chapters differ in length and density, so the quiz should not force every passage into the same mold. Feason adjusts the number of questions within a bounded range and draws them from the events, claims, people, and relationships present in that chapter.
Feedback returns to the text
A missed answer is useful when it points back to the place that was overlooked. Quiz feedback is designed to clarify the reading rather than deliver a score with no path forward. The reader can revisit the chapter and try again with better attention.
Across books and canons
The quiz catalog follows Feason’s broader Scripture library, including the Protestant canon and deuterocanonical books received in Catholic and Orthodox traditions. The interface names those differences plainly and keeps the task focused on understanding the selected text.
Recall as a study practice
Retrieval strengthens memory because it asks the mind to produce an answer, not merely recognize one. Used gently, a quiz becomes a small study practice: read, recall, inspect, and return. It is evidence of attention, not a claim to spiritual mastery.
