A Christian research tool should preserve the path from a question to its evidence. Feason’s private Research Workbench organizes projects around research questions and versioned evidence packets so a conclusion can remain connected to the passages that support, oppose, qualify, or contextualize it.
Begin with a research question
Projects name the question, relevant traditions, and current status. This gives retrieval a purpose and keeps separate investigations from collapsing into one chat history. A durable project can accumulate evidence while the researcher’s judgment continues to develop.
Evidence arrives with provenance
Workbench packets come from Feason Context and retain passage identifiers, corpus versions, source information, and packet hashes. Researchers can inspect what was retrieved rather than receiving a polished paragraph whose evidence has disappeared behind the interface.
Curation is a human task
Passages can be pinned, excluded, ordered, and annotated. Retrieval offers candidates; it does not decide the argument. The workbench makes those editorial choices visible so researchers can distinguish the evidence supplied by the corpus from the interpretation they are building.
Work can leave the workbench
Projects support share links and exports for research papers, Markdown, bibliographies, BibTeX, CSL JSON, archives, and print-ready HTML. Portability matters because serious research should not become dependent on one interface or one model provider.
